How we work:
We are always just a phone call or email away when you are stuck. We will always attend in person if you need us to. Here to help with difficult days, difficult meetings and challenging situations.
Option 1
Special Project
We will agree a fixed fee to undertake a special project for you. This can help you manage costs well. A special project could be a new system being introduced, a new policy or procedure.
Option 2
Retained Service
Ideal for businesses that require regular, expert HR support that offers a more predictable monthly cost. Hours are not banked for future use.
Option 3
Ad-hoc, pay as you go consultancy
Flexible support when you need it, either by telephone, email or face to face. This can be on or off site. Based on an hourly rate and invoiced when our services have been used.
